Landsailing, ziplines, rafting, diving, skydives, jetboats, quad tours, surf schools ... if your guests are having the time of their lives and your team is holding the camera, this delivers the photos and sells them for you.

1 Your business

Who you are and how we reach you.

2 Branding and web address

The gallery wears your brand, on your own web address. Please email your logo files to donna@landsailingadventures.com - the best quality versions you have.

Your website * Brand colours, if you know them (hex codes, or write "match our website") Preferred gallery address (e.g. photos.yourdomain.com) Who manages your domain and DNS? (we need one small record added)

3 Your booking system

This is our favourite question. The gallery sorts photos into sessions using your real booking times, so photos land exactly where guests look for them.

Which booking system do you use? * Do guests book fixed session or tour times? * Session or tour length now, and any planned changes Typical sessions or tours per day in season Do you have API access to your booking system?

4 Taking the photos

Android phones are the smoothest path. iPhones work with a small sync app. Cameras work too - we will talk through getting their photos to the cloud.

What will take the photos? *

Who takes the photos during a session or tour? Photos only, or video too? * Roughly how many photos per session, and on your busiest day? Is there a Google account for the capture phone?

5 Selling the photos

Guests browse their whole session as watermarked previews, then one payment unlocks the lot in full resolution. You set the price; the money lands in your account.

How do you want to offer photos to guests? * If selling: price per session unlock you have in mind (US$15 to 30 works well) What payment account could the checkout use?

6 Marketing extras (all optional)

The moment guests come looking for photos is the best marketing moment you have. The gallery can invite them to review, follow and rebook. Skip anything you do not use.

7 Last details
